HOW WE DELIVER TO THE WORLD

For all countries, except Spain and Portugal, your orders will be shipped and delivered by DHL, who deliver within max 3 business days to each destination, counting from the day your package is shipped from our warehouse.

Deliveries to Spain and Portugal are handled by Batch. Deliveries might take 2 business days, counting from the day your package is shipped from our warehouse.

Spanish islands: Additional fees may apply in the case of the Balearic and Canary Islands.

Non-EU countries: All goods imported into non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties and import charges imposed by local authorities. These fees vary depending on the destination country, the type of goods, their value, and their country of origin. KLEED is not responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or additional charges applied by local authorities upon delivery.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs you may incur due to destination customs clearance processes or policies.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
