Returns and Refunds
CAN I REPLACE MY ORDER?
Yes, by size, color or other model, whenever the amount is the same or superior.
If you want to exchange your KLEED online, you will only need to contact us by email on customercare@kleedkimonos.com with the model, color and size of the item you want to replace. The final value must be equal or superior to the value of the KLEED item that you have originally bought. If the answer is positive you can send us the originally bought product.
RETURNS
We hope you will love your KLEED article/s, but if for any reason you would like to return your item/s they can be returned for exchange or refund within a maximum period of 30 days from the dates of receipt. In order to exercise your return, please contact us by email on customercare@kleedkimonos.com – please quote your order number and reason for return.
Shipping fees for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
NOTE: Goods should be returned unworn and packaged in original packaging with tags in place, folded and wrapped. Returns will not be accepted due to non-acceptance of customs duties. Any international customs duties and taxes paid at checkout or on receipt of goods are not refundable and you will be refunded the product cost only.
EXCHANGES
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 30 days. In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we will first offer a credit. The new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received by us and checked.
REFUNDS
If you wish to receive a refund for returned items, it need to be returned within 30 days of being received by you. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed. It may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. This is outside of our control. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

● During sales/promotion periods, including Black Friday, Last Chance, Summer Sales, Christmas Sales and all products that are on sale and special prices, products can be returned within 14 days of being received by you.
